Friday, September 12th: lunch at 12:00, program at 1:00: History Section: Zoar Village Ferman Separatists: 1817-1898. Craig Stambaugh will give us an inside look at the who, what, where, when, why and how of this unique village located near Dover, Ohio. German-style lunch will be $30.00, with an additional $5.00 cash for the History Fund. Members and friends who wish to listen to the talk but not have lunch bay do so by paying the $5.00. Thursday, September 25th at 9:30 am: Needlework Section: There will be a short meeting at 10:00 am. Completed projects with a Halloween or fall theme are needed for the curio.
Thursday September 25th: 11:30 lunch order, 12:00 lunch, 1:00 program: Book Club: Lost OHIO Treasure and Hidden History of Northeast Ohio by Mark Strecker. Mark Strecker investigates the lies and myths of some of the historical events in Ohio. There is a $5.00 cash fee for the program. Please reserve at 330-762-6261.
